You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Withdrawal of consent
If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with future effect. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
SSL/TLS encryption
Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect confidential content that you send to us.
Server log files
Our hosting infrastructure automatically processes technical request data such as the visited page, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, and IP address. This processing is necessary to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website.
Cookies and consent management
Our website is hosted via Cloudflare. Technically necessary cookies and similar technologies may be used to ensure security, bot protection, and the proper delivery of the website.
We also use Google Analytics 4 with the measurement ID G-L9641P0RXY. Google Analytics is loaded only after you explicitly consent via the cookie banner. If you reject analytics cookies, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can reopen your choice at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer. The legal basis for analytics is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request and any follow-up questions. We use Formspree, Inc. as the technical form processing provider. Further information is available in Formspree’s privacy policy: https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy .
Newsletter
For newsletter registration, we process the email address you provide and any optional information you submit. We use Formspree, Inc. to process newsletter subscriptions. The processing is based on your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.
Trial downloads
If you request a DyssolPro trial download, we process the data entered in the form, especially your email address, name, company, selected language, and consent status, in order to generate a personal download link, send that link by email, and manage the trial process.
We also process technical data related to the request and download, in particular IP address, user agent, timestamps, download status, and internal notification status. This data is stored in our self-hosted trial download service and is used to document requests, detect abuse, support trial operations, and confirm whether a download was completed.
To protect the trial form against automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. To assess email domains for spam, disposable, or relay usage, we use UserCheck. If you submit the trial form, the corresponding technical checks are part of the request flow. Trial emails are sent through our mail provider. Internal notifications about trial requests and first successful downloads are sent to DyssolTEC.
The legal basis for processing the trial request itself is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The legal basis for technical security, abuse prevention, and operational logging is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide the requested trial download in a secure, controlled, and traceable way.
Storage period
We store personal data only for as long as it is required for the respective purpose, for support and documentation of the trial process, or for as long as statutory retention obligations apply. If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we will review whether continued storage is still required.
